Retreats
Sleep retreats are a great way to learn how to overcome your insomnia without the demands of a busy everyday life. By taking you out of your usual sleeping environment, you will not only relearn how to sleep again, but you can enjoy a fully relaxing holiday at the same time. The sleep you will get on a retreat will be more deep and intense than usual and a great way of quickly repaying any accumulated sleep debt. The Sleep Retreat aims to help break the habit of waking during the night so you can reset your sleep so that when you return home you can start afresh free from the issues that were causing your insomnia. By exercising and eating healthily bags will literally disappear from under your eyes and you will learn to regain perspective you may have lost due to exhaustion.
Everything from your food to your sleeping environment has been considered as you learn to unwind and switch off from the hectic world you have left behind.
Begin your day in the early morning sunlight with a guided meditation on the beach, followed by a specially designed breakfast to help promote calm and clarity. Spend the rest of the day in our group workshop with additional time for reading and relaxation in one of the many cozy nooks. Tristian will encourage you to do some laps in the pool before sitting down to our “feast for the insomniac” dinner. To help wind down you will learn specific yoga poses before returning to your specially appointed sleep inducing room where you can enjoy a lavender and Epsom salts bath, scented candles followed by a sleep promoting snack. It’s then time to fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Tristian is able to offer a relaxation massage throughout the day for those who would like something a little extra.
The five day retreat will cover all areas that our Sleep school workshops cover and will cover two one on one sessions with Tristian. The first session will be to create an individualised sleeping plan and the second will cover an individualised nutrition consult to help address any physical issues that may be an extra cause for the insomnia.

Cost
Cost of the retreat starts as low as $1895 and includes everything you need for the perfect sleepy getaway. A luxurious room, daily breakfast, lunch and dinner for the entire stay, sleep lectures, workshop and group discussions, daily yoga, two individual consultations and additional surprises!
